Space for everyone
Welcome Break Fareham MSA will have provision for more than 500 parking spaces, with 53 HGV spaces and ample provision for all other vehicle types and road users.
Preparing for the future
Our proposal supports the Government’s plans to ready the Electric Vehicle (EV) support infrastructure network by:
- Providing exclusively High-Powered ‘Open Access’ Charging along a busy motorway, widely used by long distance drivers, which will help to combat range anxiety.
- The proposed MSA is ‘future ready’ and can deliver more EV charging points, for both cars and HGVs as demand continues to rise in the future.
Contributing to the community
- The project represents a £50 million investment and would result in significant job creation during both the construction and operational phases.
Environmental and Biodiversity Gain
- Designed with environmental stewardship and biodiversity in mind, the site features areas dedicated to green spaces, providing extensive new habitats for wildlife.
- Large parts of the eastern and western ends of the site are committed to improving biodiversity.
